‘The King’ alluded to what happened in Andrade’s first showdown with John Lineker for the vacant ONE bantamweight world title last October, which ended in a no-contest.

While he was in command of the fight, ‘Wonder Boy’ wasn’t able to capture the world title after he accidentally struck Lineker in the groin with a knee in the third round. Lineker was given five minutes to recover but was eventually ruled unable to continue, putting an abrupt end to the fight.

Speaking to The MMA Superfan, Danny Kingad said Andrade should learn from what happened last time around when he reengages with Lineker for the world title later this month.

Danny Kingad anticipates different game plan for John Lineker in Fabricio Andrade rematch

Flyweight contender Danny Kingad sees John Lineker having a different game plan in the Brazilian’s rematch with Fabricio Andrade for the vacant ONE bantamweight world title later this month.

In an interview with The MMA Superfan, ’The King’ said after Lineker was pummeled by Andrade no end in their first encounter last October, the former world champion will approach the redo at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video on February 24 differently.

Danny Kingad said:

Kingad is also featured at ONE Fight Night 7 happening at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, in a flyweight contest with Indonesian Eko Roni Saputra.

He is currently deep in training with his Team Lakay in the mountainous city of Baguio in the Philippines.
